Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the U.S. Marshals arrested a Titusville man Monday after an investigation showed he had produced and distributed child pornography.
Federal investigators say Ronald Brouillard, 71, filmed himself sexually abusing a toddler.
He was arrested at his home in the 900 block of Margie Drive in Titusville.
Undercover investigators with the U.S. Marshals began monitoring file transfer activity containing child pornography between July and December of last year.

On Dec. 5, agents said 19 videos were shared from Brouillard’s IP address. Each contained pornographic content with young girls between 2 and 12 years old.
Agents then executed a search warrant Monday, confiscating a 750 gigabyte hard drive from his home.
On the hard drive, agents discovered Brouillard sharing a video he had filmed of himself sexually abusing a child around 2 years old, according to court records.
An affidavit states that Brouillard admitted to investigators he used his cell phone to make the video.
Ronald Brouillard faces multiple felony federal child pornography charges and is being held at the Seminole County Jail without bond.
